LODGING AT CAMP ALBEMARLE
We encourage participants to stay on site for the duration of the event. This enables you to connect with the land, have a fully immersive experience, and minimize disruptions of cars going in and out of the site. However, we know this does not work for everyone. Please see the lodging options below and let us know if you have questions or need any support during your stay.
Camping
The most popular choice for folks is camping. Tent camping is available around the perimeter of the event space. Close to amenities and a glorious river, come pitch your tent and enjoy a wonderful weekend of camping!
Cabins
The cabins at Camp Albemarle have bunk beds with mattresses and plenty of space to spread out. They are however, quite musty so anyone with a mold allergy or sensitivity will want to check it out before committing to sleeping inside. We are also unable to reserve cabins or maintain an entirely covid safe indoor space this year.
Off Site
If staying on-site is not an option because of health or care-taking needs, please indicate this during your registration.
Please note: If you are planning on renting accommodations in the Charlottesville area, May 21st is UVA Graduation so we encourage you to make your reservations far in advance!
